Hello and thank you for your interest in our 32nd Annual Fourth of July Celebration!
Please fill out the registration form below by Friday, June 7th if you would like to participate as a Cruise-In Participant or Vendor.
Greg Willis Cruise-In
We invite you to cruise-In, show off your vehicle, and enjoy the festivities for the day! There is no entry fee. Cruise-In Participants should arrive between 4pm-5pm. Vehicles will be parked along Church St. on a first come first serve basis. Cars must be removed from the road by 8pm. If you wish to stay for the firework display additional parking will be provided. Please register below so we can plan for the appropriate amount of space for all participants.
Vendor
Anyone interested in selling items for profit. Vendor spots are $20 to be paid to the Town of Windsor no later than Friday, June 7th. All vendors should arrive between 1pm and 3pm and plan to stay until AFTER the fireworks display (scheduled for 9:00pm). A 10 x10 grass-area will be provided for all vendors. Please be prepared with your own tent, table, and chairs. If you need access to electricity, please reach out to townofwindsorvaevents@gmail.com ASAP as these spots are limited. An indoor secondary plan is in place for inclement weather. *If you are a local school/team organization that would like a booth for fundraising purposes please fill out the form below and select Local School/Team Organization Vendor (No Fee).
Event Volunteer
