Return form - Joy For Kids 
Although we strive to offer our customers only the best, sometimes things can go wrong. 😢 If you have received the wrong product, if the product is damaged or if it has a manufacturing defect, please do not fill in the form but contact us at hello@joyforkids.eu within 14 days of receiving the package. Do not send the package back to our address, but wait for our reply and we will try to meet your needs. 

You can return the products in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.

Summary of General Terms and Conditions:

- The product must be unused and attached and in its original packaging. The product must also be free of any other marks or stains etc. with no additional damage created.
- After successful submission of the return form, return the products to MIT d.o.o., Breznikova 13, 1230 Domžale, Slovenia.
- We do not accept redemption packages. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay the shipping costs for the return of their product. Postage costs are not refundable.
