Report of Concern
The Report of Concern is document to be utilized by student, faculty, staff, and the community to report actions that you feel may be incidents of hazing. The information provided will be followed up on by Campus Safety, the Office of Student Rights & Responsibilities, and/or the Office of Student Engagement. While the information in the report will be provided to the accused parties, the identity of the reporter will remain anonymous.
