Schedule Change Request 2018-2019
Counselors will start reviewing requests December 1st until January 3rd. Please be patient, we will respond to each request.

Included below is the opportunity for students to request a schedule change for 2nd semester. Students are encouraged to talk with their families about which options will allow them the most opportunities. Please include all appropriate information to ensure for the most efficient completion of your request.

CVHS Credit Requirements
English-4 credits (Any Yavapai College Course must meet prerequisites)
Math-4 credits (Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II and Financial Algebra or Yavapai College (must meet prerequisite) )
Science-3 credits
Social Studies-3 credits (World History, Am/AZ History, Government/Free Enterprise)
Physical Education or Interscholastic sports (coach approved)-1 credit
Fine Arts or CTE-1 credit
Electives-6 credits

Total of 22 credits
