InterComms THRIVE Mentorship 2025
We're delighted you want to be part of our industry wide scheme, now in its third year!
Thanks to your feedback, this year we are introducing an enhanced intake form with some more detailed questions on your experience, goals and previous mentor programme participation. We will also be looking to match mentors/mentees based on goals, experience, industry crossover and general fit.
The programme is open to mentees (up to nine years of experience) or mentors (10 or more years) and is designed for LGBTQ+ people working in the UK communications industry.
Mentors and mentees commit to monthly sessions across the year, ideally in-person with virtual sessions as back-ups. You'll develop goals for the mentorship and ensure a productive relationship. We'll also check-in for feedback to help fuel the growth of the programme.
Finally, once we have our cohort, we will be offering a virtual introductory session covering how the programme works, mentoring toolkit incl. guidance on session structure and resources to facilitate a good relationship.
