The named person/people below hereby appoint and fully empower Rabbi Dr Harvey Belovski to act as our agent to sell all Chametz and Chametz-related products in my/our possession as defined in the shtar harsha'ah (the document describing the sale of Chametz) as on Wednesday 5th April 2023 at 11.00am.   Sold chametz may be used after 10.30pm Thursday 13th April
PLEASE FILL OUT & SEND FORM NO LATER THAN 5.00PM Wednesday 29th March  .
