• All submissions are time and date stamped to ensure fairness and accuracy in booking order.

• Once submitted, we will review your information and give you a call. 

• First time clients will receive a consultation on the phone. Please text us with  a current and target hair photo if  you are looking for something  significantly different than what you currently have.  This will  ensure we are booking the appropriate amount of time for both you and your stylist.  

• You may also use this form to request consultations, cancellations/rescheduling and product questions and  recommendations.

Cancellation Policy: 

We understand life happens, but short notice impacts our livelihood and prevents us from offering the spot to another client.

 Missed appointments or late cancellations are subject to 60% of your expected appointment up to a maximum of $200.
