Students Enrolled in a SDUHSD School:
If you are enrolled in a SDUHSD school and want to register for an exam for which you have been preparing independently (meaning you are NOT enrolled in an AP course in a SDUHSD school), you will need to complete the form below to request the exam as an Independent Student.
Exam requests for students not enrolled in the AP course in a SDUHSD school will be reviewed and approved based on space availability, grade level, and timeliness of the request, as outlined in
SDUHSD Board Policy Manual AR 6141.5.
Due to space concerns, registration will not be open to Independent Students until students enrolled in the SDUHSD AP courses have completed Spring exam registration and are confirmed in March.
If approved, a student will receive a JOIN CODE as an Independent Student to be applied on myap.collegeboard.org as well as payment instructions.
Students NOT Enrolled in a SDUHSD School:
Due to regulations and space concerns, registration may not be open to Non-SDUHSD students until students enrolled in the Spring SDUHSD AP courses have completed exam registration and are confirmed.
If approved, a student will receive a JOIN CODE as an Independent Student to be applied on myap.collegeboard.org as well as payment instructions.
Students who complete this form will be placed onto AP Exam Waitlist and will be notified in March of their status.
