21-22 RHS Parking Zone Preferences
Complete this form if you wish to apply for a parking permit for the 21-22 school year.  If you would prefer to keep your current parking spot, please indicate that here.  We will try to accommodate your request.  Still include your second and third choice for preferred parking locations, however.  Parking passes will be assigned spot numbers using those preferences. Fees for parking will be handled during registration for the school year in August.

If you enter vehicle information in this form, ensure that it is ACCURATE and CURRENT.  Your parking space will not be officially assigned until you submit this information and your parent/guardian electronically signs DURING REGISTRATION in August (in Skyward) or you (the student) sees and fills out a parking pass form with Mrs. Tucker in the Principal's Office (after the school year has begun).

Students with this form completed with vehicle information will be given top priority for spot assignment by grade level (seniors, juniors, etc.).

Parking tags will be affixed to your vehicle's back window this year rather than a hang tag.  The tag number will be the same as your parking spot number.  It's important that you complete your vehicle's registration for the primary vehicle you will be driving and notify Mrs. Tucker in the Principal's Office if it changes throughout the year.  Vehicles that are parked without tags are at risk of being towed at the owner's expense. *
