Adams Young Elementary (AYE) Dawn-to-Dusk Program Fall sign-up.
Great News!!  Due to overwhelming response in our Dawn-to-Dusk sign-up survey, sent out last May, we have nearly doubled our clubs, programs, and sports.  So, with these updated offerings in mind, please complete this new survey and sign-up form to allow us to ensure your student is registered in their preferred club, program, or sport for the Fall 24-25 season.  Upon completion of this updated survey and sign-up form, we will begin our scheduling for the Fall season on a first-come-first-served basis.  As time is of the essence, please complete and submit this form as soon as possible.  Winter 24-25, and Spring 24-25 sign-ups will be sent at a later date.
