Unity Science Olympiad Invitational Registration Form November 15, 2025
Please fill out this form to register for the Unity Science Olympiad Invitational on Saturday, November 15, 2025.  The Unity School District is located in Balsam Lake, Wisconsin.

The tournament will be limited to four teams per school per division with the possibility of additional teams depending on space restrictions.

The registration fee for the tournament will be $100 per team, with registration fees used to pay for awards and facilities costs.  If the fee is a hardship for any team, coaches are asked to contact Sara Riehbrandt (sriehbrandt@unity.k12.wi.us).

After you register you will be sent an invoice.  If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact Sara Riehbrandt. Please fill out this form for each division you are registering.

Event Supervisor Information (may be same as a coach)
You need to provide as many event supervisors as you have teams, up to two teams.  You do not need to provide event supervisors for 3rd, 4th, etc., teams.  If you do not wish to provide any event supervisor you must pay a $75 event supervision fee per team.
