We will be drawing door prizes throughout the day, so please plan to donate an item to our prize table.
Payment of the $10 booth fee must be received by February 16, or the reservation will be cancelled.
Vendors are welcome to bring their own tables, racks, etc, measuring up to 8 linear feet. All merchandise, tables, racks, etc must remain within the reserved booth space and not encroach on other vendor's spaces. Booth spaces are 8 feet wide. We will do our best to accommodate each vendor's needs for space and electricity, but it may not be possible to grant all requests.
We are open to suggestions. This is our first craft fair, so thank you for understanding that we might not get everything perfect the first time around. We are committed to putting on a great fair, and plan to host more in the future, including a December show. So we welcome constructive comments.
