Viikki-speksin tavoite on olla kaikille avoin musikaaliproduktio ja pyrimme vuosittain keräämään osallistujia ennakkoluulottomasti erilaisista taustoista. Kaikkien osallistujien tasa-arvoinen kohtelu, avoin viestintä ja syrjimättömyys ovat ehdottomia edellytyksiä yhdistyksemme yhdenvertaiselle toiminnalle. Jos koet syrjintää tai kiusaamista, ilmoita siitä yhdenvertaisuusvastaavillemme mahdollisimman pian.
Kannustamme laittamaan lomakkeeseen nimen, jotta jatkokäsittely olisi helpompaa, mutta ilmoituksen saa tehdä myös nimettömänä. Ainoastaan yhdenvertaisuusvastaavat näkevät ilmoituksen ja mahdolliset yhteystiedot. Kaikki yhteydenotot käsitellään täysin luottamuksellisesti.
