There are two steps to conference registration.
Please be sure to complete both steps to reserve your spot. Submitting this form is step 1. After submitting this form you will be directed to OHBC's website to complete step 2.
Step 1: Conference Registration Form
Complete the electronic registration form. Be sure to answer all questions. You can register up to four (4) participants using one form. If you are registering five (5) or more participants you should submit a new form form. A link to submit an additional form will appear once you click submit.
Step 2: Submit Payment
To submit your registration payment you will be directed to OHBC's website. When submitting payment you should state "Women's Ministry Conference" in the memo line and list the names of all registrants you are submitting payment for. (Example: Women's Min Conference: Debby Smith + Kiara Smith).
