Parental leave: Guidance on and/or sharing experiences with parental leave.

Personal support: A listening ear/sounding board for day-to-day matters. For example, this topic could include discussions around work-life balance.

Professional advancement: Guidance on the professional advancement process.

Professional development: Guidance on what kind of professional development opportunities to pursue, and/or how to apply for professional development.

Project management

Publication: Guidance with preparing and submitting a manuscript.

Research: Guidance on pursuing research. Includes topics like ethics clearance, survey development, grant writing, etc.

Study leave: Guidance on the study leave application process.

Supervision: Guidance on how to approach supervision of staff.

Writing assistance: Guidance on and/or assistance with writing, including help with editing work.

Knowledge synthesis: Guidance on how to conduct literature, scoping and systematic reviews.
