Service is an attitude, a willingness to extend oneself in any way necessary to ensure the comfort of another. It's tireless, selfless, sincere and requires unrelenting commitment and energy.
The 45th Annual James V. Cunningham Service Award honors the individual who, regardless of palpable pressures and demands, consistently displays - through measurable action - a willingness to serve. If you know of someone who fits this description - whether on your staff or elsewhere in the industry - please complete and return this nomination form ON OR BEFORE February 8, 2019. Nominees will be contacted personally by the JVC judging committee who will inform them of their nomination and request up to five letters of commendation.
The James V. Cunningham Award will be presented by the San Diego Chapter of HSMAI in conjunction with the Gold Key Awards.
