Cities, smart or not, have emerged as key initiatives for local governments. As these governments completed, learn from, plan for, start, and operate smarter cities, citizens' and people's feedback, awareness, perception, hopes, and needs are immeasurably important. Why else embark on improving the city if not improving what the city really is, its environment and most essentially, its people.
