West Shore Family Support is proud to sponsor crafters/artisans/makers and food vendors for the

2027 Memorial Day Weekend Craft Fair.

Applicants who resell goods will not be permitted. All items for sale must be original, handcrafted, and presented by the makers themselves during the fair. Currently, a limited number of grandfathered direct sellers are participating in the fair. Their items must be the official products of the companies they represent. Items cannot simply be purchased for resale. No items promoting drug or alcohol use, or endorsements of political parties or candidates will be allowed.

Thank you for your interest in the Memorial Weekend Craft Fair. This is a 2 day craft fair located in Ludington, Michigan @ Rotary Park.

Dates: Saturday, May 29, 2027 & Sunday, May 30, 2027

Time: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm both days

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

A deposit is due at time of application - The deposit is $50 per space. For instance if you have one space the deposit is $50 or if you have two spaces the deposit is $100. The deposit will be applied against your balance. The deposit is non-refundable but will be refunded if your application is not approved. The remaining balance is due upon approval of your application. If final payment is not received your space may be given to a vendor on the waiting list. Registration for the craft fair closes on April 30, 2027 or when capacity is reached. We kindly encourage early registration. Any application received after April 30, 2027, will include a $25 late fee if accepted into the show.

The deposit can be made one of two ways:

1. Send a check/money order to West Shore Family Support, 603 E Tinkham Ave., Ludington, MI 49431

2. Pay online via our PayPal link: PayPal Link Please note that this payment is for the craft fair in the comments. For this convenience PayPal does charge a service fee and we ask that you cover the cost of that fee.

Photos of your work:

Please email 2 - 3 photos of your products to craftfair@westshorefamilysupport.org. Also, please include a short description of what you sell and any social media or website links.

Your application will not be reviewed until the photos and deposit are received.
