Welcome and thank you for visiting sit-stay-play's website! We're the pet sitting leader in the Muncie, Indiana area and we're ready to serve you. Our service area has now expanded and we offer pet sitting, dog walking poop scooping and mobile pet nail trims in Indianapolis, Beech Grove, Plainfield, Avon, Broad Ripple and Noblesville.

Our goal as pet care providers is to build a great relationship with you (and your pet) regardless of what you're hiring us to do.

If you need us to watch your pet (or walk your dog) while you travel or work or need the yard cleaned up, we can help! We can even pop in to care for your pet(s) if you have an emergency and need to leave town quickly. We want you to know that your pet is in good hands when you hire sit-stay-play.

The lines of communication are always open between you as a pet parent and us as pet caregivers. While we're under contract with you for pet care, we'll send you updates so you know how things are going at home and we're just a call away if you need us!

sit-stay-play's home office is located in Muncie, Indiana but like we said above, we've expanded and have a larger service area.

To get started, please fill out the form below and we'll email you back to talk about your service request. All new pet sitting and dog walking requests will be charged a $25 Meet & Greet fee (plus any gas/travel fees if applicable). *

#1 - Holiday fees apply over major government recognized holidays in 2024: Easter, (4/8-4/9), Memorial Day (5/25-5/27), Independence Day (7/3-7/4), Labor Day (8/31-9/3), Halloween, Thanksgiving (11/27-11/30), Christmas (12/23-12/26), New Year's (12/30-1/1)

#2 - Crated dogs require at least 3 visits per day, excluding your departure and return home days.

#3 - Once visits are requested and confirmed via email or phone - cancellation fees apply to those visits. No refund or credit will be given to same day cancellations (except in emergency situations).

#4 - New clients must have a Meet & Greet completed prior to us beginning services (unless it's an emergency situation). $25 fee applies.

#5 - Keys may be returned via C.O.D or client can schedule a pick-up time at SSP office if they want them back when services are complete.

#6 - All crates, latches, coops, door knobs, sliding patio doors and fence gates need to be in proper working order. If any of these items are broke, loose, unsecure or faulty in any way we will need to call a repair service while we're at your house and you will be responsible for paying all additional fees (our time, repairman's time and any products purchased for repair).

#7 - If SSP has to buy supplies or take your pet to the veterinarian while under contract with you, additional starting fees of $25 for a supply run will apply. Client is responsible for all veterinary fees at the time of service. The veterinarian will call you regarding the services needed and their fees. Our veterinary trip charge is $30/hour.

#8 - All pets in the home and on the property will be cared for under contract with SSP.

#9 - All pet food bowls/plates, water bowls and pet utensil should be clean (no mold/mildew/caked on food/water build-up) when we start services or a $25 cleaning fee WILL BE charged. Litter boxes with an extreme amount of waste (more than typical amount equal to one day of usage) will be charged an extra $25

#10 - If your pets have fleas we cannot provide services until the fleas are taken care of. Should we arrive to your home and notice fleas on your pets or we get numerous flea bites we will contact your veterinarian and transport your pet there for immediate flea treatment.

#11 - I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

*** For in-home services: Please make sure to have hand soap and paper towels by your kitchen and bathroom sinks, leave a trash bag liner and a broom and dustpan where we can see them.

I have read and agree to the policies in all of the previous sections. Furthermore, I understand: there is a $25 fee due at the Meet & Greet - plus any gas/travel fee; complete payment for requested services is due at the Meet & Greet; payment can be made via Zelle or Square, cash or check; I will be charged a gas/travel fee if I live outside of sit-stay-play's main service area; there are holiday fees of $15 per single visit and $8 each for multiple daily visits; that my house keys/garage door opener cannot be left at the last visit and that my keys/opener will be mailed back C.O.D. or I can schedule a time to pick them up at SSP's office. Once my pet care services are confirmed at the Meet & Greet there is a cancellation policy. If I don't cancel services according to the policy, I will be charged and the cancellation payment is due within 7 days of Meet & Greet. We will send a Zelle or Square invoice for you to make this payment, you can mail a check to sit-stay-play, 217 S. Cherry St., Suite 2, Muncie, IN 47305 or you can drop payment off at the above address. There are no refunds for same day cancellations or for cancellations within 24 hours of first visit. Same day requests (within 24 hours) incur a $10 additional charge. *
