Whole Food, Plant-based (WFPB) Potluck in Provo, Utah

Date: FRIDAY, August 25, 2017
Time: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. (short program about 6:45 pm)
Place: Shadowbrook Condo Clubhouse, 3300 N. Shadowbrook, Provo, Utah
Directions: (1) Take University Avenue to 3300 North; (2) turn west at the light; (3) immediately make a left-hand turn into Shadowbrook Condos. The Clubhouse will be straight in front of you. You can park in front of the clubhouse or in the parking to the west. (If taking I-15, get off at any Orem or Provo exit and head east to University Avenue.)
Teens and Children
The main audience for this event is adults and interested teens. Children are also welcome, though adults and older teens will have priority for seating in the clubhouse. There is also plenty of extra seating (very fun playground area) for children just outside the clubhouse.
NOTE ABOUT THE FOOD: Items you bring should be whole food, plant-based, which means:
No animal foods (no dairy, eggs or meat of any kind, including fish)
Very low or no sugar or other processed foods
No oils (vegetable or other cooking oils, including olive or coconut oil)
