BHall Coaching Application
I am offering monthly coaching to firm owners. You must be a firm owner (or partner) to apply. The coaching will cover all aspects of your business, from marketing/sales, to people, client service/scoping/pricing, and financial management. We'll map out your goals (long/near) and strategically plan on how we can accomplish them together. I will hold you accountable to action items that result in our calls.

After submitting your application, I will review and compare with other applications I received. Those who I think I can really help will receive an intro call (free) to discuss how I can help and if this is right for them. Everyone else will receive an email and be put on a waitlist.

I expect the review process to take a number of weeks so please have patience.

If you are not interested in speeding up the growth rate of your firm, or changing how your firm operates, please do not apply. Additionally, if you do not have authority to enact change at your firm, this is not for you.

If I asked you to set a 2024 revenue goal 3x higher, how would that make you feel? What would be preventing you from achieving that level of growth? *
Tell me about your firm. Where does your firm excel? Where does it struggle? If we were having a conversation at the end of 2024 and looking back on all that was accomplished, what are some of those wins? *
What are 2-3 big issues that you need help solving asap? *
If I create a Slack group for the other firm owners I'm coaching, would you (1) join, and (2) engage consistently? *
I don't conform to the traditional coaching style that believes "all of the answers are inside of you" - I'll ask many probing questions but I'll also deliver the tough love you likely need to get moving on your goals. Are you okay with receiving constructive feedback in a very direct way? *
