The Board of Directors has approved a sales plan to offer unit/weeks acquired by the Association. Those interested in bidding must fill out the form below with the required information. Following are the rules governing this sale:1. This sale is available to anyone interested in owning a unit, except owners who are delinquent, in the process of foreclosure or deed-back are not eligible.2. There are no minimum bid amounts for any of these units – every bid, no matter the amount – will be considered.3. All bids must be received before 11/9/2018 11:59 pm.4. The highest bidder for each unit will be awarded the sale. In the event of identical bids, the first received bid will be chosen.5. Closing costs ($300 total PER UNIT/WEEK) are to be paid by the buyer within 30 days. 6. The first year that the owner takes occupancy is the year maintenance fees are due. (If owner takes occupancy in 2018, the dues for 2018 must be paid.)7. The Board has the right to refuse any and all bids.8. Payment in full is due within 30 days after the winning bidder is notified. We accept card, check, or money order. Sorry, no cash. We do not offer financing.9. The successful bidders will be notified by telephone or email.10. We honor all exchange programs such as RCI, II, Platinum, etc. 11. You will enter into a legally binding contract with GIBC to purchase the unit/week, if you are the winning bidder.12. We do not accept trade-ins of a unit/week you may currently own.
