Rule for Scratched Entries *
 
All fees are due on entries cancelled after the closing date. The only exceptions are where show management is provided a veterinary certificate declaring the horse disabled and unable to compete, or in the case of disabling injury to the rider, or serious sickness or death in his/her family; show management must be advised prior to the draw. In these cases only cattle charges are payable.  I have read the above statement.
