Hospitality/Score Runner Assignment: 
 Host provides all the hospitality goods, we will need a volunteer willing to set-up and manage the hospitality for volunteers. May include driving to pick up lunch.  Hospitality volunteer will also run score sheets and have observation opportunities!

Do you have a vehicle that could be used for a vehicle search ? 

Please consider that others have given their vehicles for use so we could complete our own trial requirements!

Vehicle must not have had odor on it in the 4 weeks before the trial. The vehicle will need to be at at the trial site by 7:15 a.m.  When you sign up for this, please assume that we will be using your vehicle. We will contact you about 1-2 weeks before the trial with final details.

Please note we will need vehicles for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday April 21-23 2026

Score Room Helper
Score Room Leads (SRL) must contact the host directly and be approved in advance by the NACSW. Helpers do not need approval but priority will be given to SRLs, those in training and those interested in training to become a SRL. If you are interested in becoming a SRL, please note any info about your interest or prior experience here. We need more SRLs and would encourage those who are interested to get training.

Lunch Options:
Let us know if you would like a vegetarian option.  Most lunches will comprise of sandwiches, pizza, or a hot option.  
Please dress comfortably and appropriately for working outdoors or indoors. You will be given your assignments when you check in for your shift so you could be working outside and/or inside. Shift end times are approximate and may be a bit later than posted. Most positions will require standing for an extended period of time.
 Please comment below if you have any special request needs. We will do our best to accommodate you.
