Join us this year as WAHPERD celebrates 100 years of Healthy Cowboys! This milestone convention promises to be an event you won’t want to miss. We look forward to welcoming new members, reconnecting with our retired members, and reigniting the passion of our current members.

The 100th Annual Convention will take place November 8–10 in Casper, Wyoming at the Ramkota Hotel & Conference Center (800 Poplar St, Casper, WY 82601 | 307-266-6000).

If you are interested in presenting at this year’s conference, please complete the proposal form. To help us plan the best possible experience for our members and guests, proposals are due by July 16, 2026. Lead presenters will be notified of acceptance via email at the beginning of the 2026–2027 school year.
