July 8, 2020 (Wednesday) in Curtis, NE 9:00am--3:00 pm Central Time at NCTA Ed Center, Curtis, NE

Open to ALL youth ages 9 to 18 years old as of January 1, 2020. Parents / Adults welcome too.
Youth will see demonstrations of drones in crop management & will get to FLY a drone thru an obstacle course by themselves!
Nebraska Extension Cropping & Water Systems and 4-H Youth Development Educators along with Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture in Curtis Agronomy / Ag Mechanics Department professors invite ALL youth to this FREE Field Day to get excited about careers in Agronomy, Weed Science, Irrigation, Mechanized Agricultural, & the fun of STEM for producing Nebraska crops!
Hands-on activities (for all age levels) focusing on drone weed control, planter technology, using drones for crop management, mapping vegetation index, soil health indicators, plant disease ID, & Drone Obstacle Course!
