Hello, dear one,

We are happy to know you are interested in participating in our experiential learning program "Activate Youth - a community retreat"!

We invite you to first have a look at the Info pack that will hopefully give you all the information you need before applying. Make sure that you know all the requirements, you are interested in the program's objectives and you are available to take part in it fully - meaning in all its phases.

By filling this application form you are applying to take part in the 3 phases of the project and its activities:

➤ 1st Phase: Preparation with
• 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 for the group leaders in September 2024. The date will be set after selection.
➤ 2nd Phase: 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 [27.09 - 08.10.2024] (excluding travel days), 12 days of program at Hopeland, Argolida, Greece
➤ 3rd Phase: 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 [Oct - Dec 2024] - each partner country organises 2 local actions (or called as multiplier events) within the Activate Youth KA2 project.

Filling in the form can take between 5 to 8 minutes accordingly. In the sections we ask you to fill in personal information relevant for the practical aspects of preparing for the project (this include information required by the funding program for the official documentation), sharing your motivation, your experiences so far and your contributions in making this program a successful and rewarding one.
