Upon receipt and approval of your application, you will receive a confirmation email. Once you are approved, your form will be considered as valid as a paper contract. You will also be required to sign a Hold Harmless Waiver, in person, prior to setting up the day of the event.
Applications received after July 15th risk not being included in the website or program. Applications that are not approved will receive a refund of the vendor fees. Once approved, vendor fees are ABSOLUTELY NONREFUNDABLE. NO exceptions!
It is your responsibility to have an applicable Tax ID and to collect and pay taxes for your state.
