Ninja 101 Party Booking Form!

Welcome to Sydney's newest party venue!

If you are looking for a party with a difference then you have come to the right place! We have our ninja obstacle course ready for you to challenge!

Please note that in order for parties to be officially booked, we require a $200 non-refundable deposit that must be paid on first point of contact and payment in full is required the Tuesday prior to the party.

If the party is cancelled the $200 deposit will be used as a cancellation fee.

If the party is cancelled within 7 days of your booked party the full amount will be payable.

Upon us receiving your request we will contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm your preferred date and time. You will then be contacted the Monday/Tuesday prior to your party booking to confirm numbers, catering and any extras that you have ordered for your party. During this call we will collect final payment (if numbers are to decrease from that time, you will still be required to pay the confirmed numbers that were provided).

Tables and seating will be supplied with each package, please note that you are not to bring in any food or drinks into the venue. However you can provide your own cake and lolly bags if not included in your party package.

Payments can be made over the phone or via bank transfer (should you wish to bank transfer please ensure it is on the Monday before your party).

You are welcome to come into our centre and pay but this cannot be done on the day.

Please note that on confirmation of your event booking a $200 non refundable deposit is required.
Final payment (the balance remaining) will be required 7 days prior to the party date.
Changes to food choices cannot be made within 72 hours of your party - any increases or add on's can be requested however as we need to contact suppliers and consider delivery times please order platters by the Wednesday before your party and pizzas by the Friday before your party.

If you choose to cancel your party, the $200 booking deposit will be taken as a cancellation fee.
If a cancellation is made within 7 days of the party date, there is a strict no refund policy.

We recommend you ask your guests to be at the venue 15 mins prior to party start time (Please note doors will not open until 10AM).

All participants will be required to wear enclosed shoes, children under 16 years require ninja socks (subject to availability)
All participants can only participate if a WAIVER form has been completed. We recommend that you provide your guests with the party waiver form so they can have it completed upon arrival.

We ask you as the party host to please ensure that all guests are conducting themselves in a sensible & safe manner, being respectful to other participants and only having food and drink in the designated table area (No food or drink in the Ninja course).

If you have any concerns, please ensure that you approach one of our team members.

You will be informed that your party is due to finish with 15 minutes to go, we kindly ask that you assist with gathering your guests and vacating your table area so that we can prepare for the next party session. Please advise your guests when this will be happening
