Following our activities the last four years, ASAPbio is running further preprint crowd review activities in 2025. Our goal is to provide an engaging environment for researchers to participate in providing feedback on preprints and support public reviews for preprints.
In 2025, we will be hosting multiple groups that will collaboratively review preprints in the disciplines below:
We invite researchers in the disciplines above to join our crowd preprint review activities, and particularly encourage early career researchers to participate. The activities will start in October 2025 and run until July 2026, aiming to produce 10 preprint reviews per crowd.
You will be joining one of the preprint review crowds, a group of researchers who will provide comments on preprints via a collaborative Google document. Preprints will be circulated to the crowd every month, to invite comments over the following 14 days. Crowd members can comment on individual preprints according to their expertise and availability. The comments will be synthesized and posted publicly. More information is available at
asapbio.org/crowd-preprint-review.
Please fill out the form below to sign up as a participant and tell us a bit about your expertise. For any questions or more information, please contact Katie Corker at
katie.corker@asapbio.org. Please note, you will be added to a Google Group to facilitate communication only - all commenting occurs via a Google Doc that should not require a Google account, but does require access to Google websites/products.
