Our union is dedicated to a transparent bargaining process, thank you for being an observer.  Please note these requirements for attending bargaining as an observer:
  • Observing happens on your own non-work time
  • Observes are considered "silent", while we are meeting with management please do not make any comments or ask questions 
  • Bargaining can be a long and complicated process with a lot of back and forth, what you hear from management or our union may not be what is finally agree to.  If you have questions or concerns please ask a bargaining team member while in "caucus" or outside of the bargaining meeting

Bargaining sessions are from 8:30am - 4:30pm on Thursdays, but the actual time spent at the table varies from session to session. Observers will receive updates on when virtual observation is available via their personal email.
