Thank you for you interest in participating in the Made with a Twist Guest Designers Program, please fill out the form below. Our team will survey the submissions and, if you are selected to participate, will contact you with more information and a guest designer's contract.
If you are not selected in this round, please don't lose heart as we will keep all applications on hand for future Guest Designer opportunities.
All patterns will be offered for free with permission to sell the finished product. You retain all rights to your pattern and sales will go through your channels. More details available when your are selected for the program.

Please describe the design you'd like to share with my readers. Include description, materials you're considering, sizes, and why you think it would be a good fit for Made with a Twist readers (mostly crochet product sellers).

Are you a designer-member of the Crochetpreneur Business Academy? (this is not a requirement to be selected)
I publish new designs on Tuesdays and your submission materials will be due 3 days prior to publication date. What date are you prepared to have a design published (please choose all that apply)?
