In an effort to promote the health and well-being of students in the El Rancho Unified School District, students will be periodically provided with questionnaires, surveys, and screeners that address issues related to safety, wellness and mental health. The information gained will support the district’s ability to provide comprehensive and timely support for your child if assistance is required. Students may opt-out of filling out any questionnaire, survey, or screener that they are not interested in taking, and you may opt-out your child at any time by contacting the school at (562)801-7610 or completing the following form.
