The Air Pollution Control Division invites you to two upcoming public listening sessions on a Disproportionately Impacted Community Permitting rule, which will be proposed to the Air Quality Control Commission in 2023. The rule would require additional permitting, modeling, and/or monitoring for sources of pollution that affect communities of color, low-income residents, and communities already being harmed by pollution.
