Field Trip & Group Activity Application
This application is for groups ready to start the process to book a trip at Wild Willow Farm.  

Availability: 
Wednesdays: 8:00 am - 3:00pm
Thursdays: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

​The maximum group size we normally accommodate is 60 students. Please contact us about larger groups.

Note: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to hold your date and is due at time of scheduling/invoicing. paid at least two weeks in advance of your event is required to hold your requested date; the balance can be paid anytime up to or on the day of your visit. Your trip is not confirmed until we have received the $100 deposit.

Extended Visit package: Would you like to extend your visit by adding the opportunity to eat lunch in the barn (30 min) and a staff guided trail walk (30 min)? *
This hour long add-on is charged at an additional price depending on the size of the group. The barn space is available for you to eat the meal you have brought. Wild Willow does not provide lunch.
