Hi Students! Please answer the below questions if you are requesting a letter of recommendation from me. The more detail- the better! Once you have submitted the form- please email me at ssetlock@wcasd.net and let me know that you have completed it so that I can begin writing your letter.

Please note:

*Some colleges require a counselor letter.

*Some colleges will accept a counselor letter but don't require one (in this case, you should ask yourself if you and I have gotten to know each other well and if my letter will add value to your application)

*Some colleges won't accept a counselor letter at all (if you are only applying to colleges in this category- you should not request a counselor letter)

Once I complete your counselor recommendation, I will upload my letter into School Links and submit.
