Cancellation and amendment policy:

We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require changes to your scheduled training sessions.

Amendments: If you notify us outside of 5 working days from the original session date, there will be no charge incurred. If amendments are requested within 5 working days, a 50% charge will apply, and for changes made within 24 hours of the session, the charge will be 100%.

Cancellations: If you inform us outside of 10 working days from the scheduled session, no charges will be applied. For cancellations within 10 working days, a 50% charge will be incurred, and if the cancellation occurs within 5 working days, a 90% charge will apply. Finally, for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, the full 100% charge will be applicable.

This programme has been designed to be inclusive to neurodivergent learners. We will be sharing information on how to turn on captions and transcription, captioning all videos, using accessible font and colour scheme for learning materials, providing mentoring sessions to answer any questions regarding the workbook/assessments, and providing additional time for assessment.
