I understand that if selected to serve on the Sexual Violence Adjudication Panel there is a requirement to provide a Level 1 Police Criminal Record Check (PCRC) that is satisfactory to the University prior to the commencement of any duties.  All associated costs related to obtaining the Criminal Record check are the sole responsibility of the appointee.  The Criminal Record check must meet all of the conditions outlined below:
Must have been completed by a police service within the preceding 6 months and must be an original.
