Thank you for your interest in being a foOlish volunteer! It is because of your generous support that these community events are able to exist. There are volunteer opportunities in the months leading up as well as during both events.

STUDIO VOLUNTEERING
Every Saturday, the magical FestiFools studio opens up for volunteers to help students build their puppets. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! All we ask is you don't have a crippling fear of glue and a general willingness to roll up your sleeves. Come join us for music, fun, camaraderie, and papier-mâché puppet-making mayhem!

Volunteer Dates (select as many as your foolish heart desires!):
Saturdays, March 16, 23, 30
Morning Shift: 10am-1pm
Afternoon Shift: 1pm-4pm

FOOLMOON VOLUNTEERING - Friday, April 5th
We are looking for glowingly glorious volunteers to help the luminary processionals cross the street safely and staff the barricades at the entrances of the events. Please indicate the shifts you are available to volunteer.
Processional Crossing Guard: make sure the luminary processionals cross streets and stop in a safe manner, arriving at the event in one piece!
FESTIFOOLS VOLUNTEERING - Sunday, April 7th
We have more puppets than ever this year!! That means we need VOLUNTEER PUPPETEERS more than ever (otherwise the puppets will sit on the truck... sad, alone, and volunteerless). By signing up to be a volunteer puppeteer, you can bring these puppets to life and be part of the magic of FestiFools!!
Volunteer Puppeteer: Operating larger-than-life puppets. There are positions for a wide variety capabilities (from operating a hand to carrying the body).
