Food vendor fee: $750 USD (additional requirements to be advanced)
• All vendors are allotted 10' x 10' space, auxiliary space available at additional cost
• Craft vendors are allotted 2 staff members, food vendors are allotted 3 staff members
• Craft vendors are required to provide their own source of electricity (2,000 watts maximum)

• Load in will take place 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM on August 17, 2017
• Load out will not exceed 10:00 PM on August 21, 2017
• All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable
• All vendors will be solely responsible for any and all sales, use, taxes, fees, permits, and surcharges imposed by New York
• Your vendor application for Down to Earth Music Festival (hereinbefore and hereinafter "Event") and/or entry to Event constitutes your agreement that Event, venue, staff and any associated companies will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to any person (including yourself) or property in any circumstances occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to Event
