1) REGISTRATION
Our programs are a year-long program. Classes run for the entire academic year and ends with the end of the year recital.

A student’s registration will NOT be complete, nor will a space be reserved in any class, until the online Registration Form is completed and registration fee is PAID. The registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE nor NON-TRANSFERABLE.
• New students:
 $35 per student
 $15 per each additional family member

• Returning students:
 $25 per student
 $10 per additional family member

• Payments can be made through:

 Check (payable to JYGY Dream). There is $35.00 returned check fee.

2) MINIMUM CLASS SIZE
If less than three students are registered for a class, it may result a schedule change or cancellation.

3) WITHDRAWAL
If you need to withdraw from any class, you must notify the studio in writing 30 days prior to your last class. Failure to notify in advance will result you paying for the next month's tuition, even if you did not attend classes.

4) TUITION
• Tuition is a yearly fee. It has been broken down to 10 monthly payments for your
convenience.
 Tuition is not based on the number of classes in a month or attendance
 Tuition does not change with studio closings or holidays. It is already excluded
from the yearly tuition.
 There is NO refund for missed classes due to personal commitments, illness or
inclement weather.

• Tuition is DUE on the 1st of the month. Tuition is considered late after the 10th day of
the month.
 $15 late fee will automatically be added to the account

• We offer 5% family discount to families with 2 or more students living in the same
household.

5) RECITAL (FOR CLASSES PARTICIPATING IN THE RECITAL)
• Recital is held at the end of the school year and if you are enrolled in classes
participating in the recital, participation is mandatory.

• Date and location TBA

• Costume fee is DUE in November. Costumes will NOT be ordered without full

payment.

• Recital fee of $60 per student of $85 per family (two or more students) is DUE in
March. It is to cover the costs associated with the end of the year recital.

6) ATTENDANCE
• Students should strive for perfect attendance year-round. Steady attendance is
essential to success.

• If a student be tardy or absent for any reason, please notify the studio as much in
advance as possible.

• Students arriving to class more than 15 minutes late will be asked to sit out to reduce
the risk of injury after missing warm up.

• Any missed class may be made up in the same or lower level. Dancers have two
weeks to attend a make-up class. No refunds or credits are given for missed classes.

7) DRESS CODE
• Improperly dressed students will be asked to sit out

• DO NOT wear dance shoes outside

• NO street shoes are allowed on the dance floor

8) INCLEMENT WEATHER
• The studio will usually follow the Gwinnett County Public School’s decision on class
cancellation for inclement weather. We will notify via email, text, social media, and
our website.

• Dream Dance Studio will do our best to schedule makeup classes for classes that
have to be canceled due to inclement weather but is not guaranteed.

9) WAIVER AND RELEASE
I agree that if my child/myself (heretofore known as “we”) engage in any physical exercise, class, or activity, or facility on the premises or any venue where we participate as representatives of Dream Dance Studio, we do so at our own risk. I agree that we are voluntarily participating in activities and use of said facilities, premises (including the parking lot) and designated Dream Dance Studio venues. We assume all risk of injury, illness, damage, or loss to us or our property that might result, including, without limitation, any loss or theft of any personal property. I agree that this consent and assumption of risk statement covers each and every event or activity sponsored by Dream Dance Studio. I agree to release and discharge you (and your affiliates, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns) from any and all claims or cause of action (known or unknown) arising out of your negligence. I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Waiver and Release and fully understand that it is a release of liability. I am waiving any right that I may have to bring legal action to assert a claim against you for your negligence.

10) MEDICAL RELEASE
I give my permission for Dream Dance Studio, faculty, or studio parent to take my child/myself to a medical/dental facility, if necessary. In case of emergency, if none of the above can be contacted, I hereby give my consent for emergency medical care prescribed by a duly licensed Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Dentistry. This care may be given under whatever conditions are necessary to preserve the life, limb or well-being of my child / myself. I accept full responsibility for all costs of said medical care and any emergency treatments. Dream Dance Studio will not be responsible for the cost of any medical care or emergency treatments. I hereby waive all claims whatsoever in connection with such medical treatments. Dream Dance Studio does not carry medical insurance for its students. It is required that all dance students be covered by their own family insurance policies and if injury occurs, it is understood that the student’s own policy is your only source of reimbursement.

11) GUARDIANSHIP
I understand that Dream Dance Studio is not responsible for my child or other children under my supervision who are left unsupervised in the common areas and areas surrounding the dance studio and that Dream Dance Studio will only be supervising my child when he or she is participating in scheduled dance activities, programs or instruction. I understand that Dream Dance Studio is not responsible for personal property that is lost, damaged or stolen while I or my child is at or on Dream Dance Studio property.

12) PHOTO/IMAGE RELEASE
I give my consent for images (photographs, video) of my child/myself to be taken and used to document the activities of Dream Dance Studio. I grant Dream Dance Studio permission to use the images for educational and promotional purposes

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have read and understood the above policies of Dream Dance Studio in its entirety and agree to abide by them in full.
