All students will visit the library weekly.   Please complete one form per student at Texas School of the Arts to allow or deny permission to check out TeSA library books for the 2025-2026 school year.

I understand books will be considered late if not returned after two weeks and that the cost for lost or damaged books must be paid by the end of the current semester. *
