The Affordable Care Act and Medicaid continue to be under threat from the Trump Administration and Congressional Republicans. Of most concern currently, is litigation in Federal court to eliminate the Affordable Care Act in its entirety. If successful, it will strip coverage from millions of Americans by eliminating Medicaid Expansion and premium tax credits, raise premiums for those covered through employment, end protections for people with pre-existing conditions, put insurance companies back in charge, and force seniors to pay more for prescription drugs. The result will be chaos in our entire health care system.
