The purpose of this form is to collect information about the areas you'd like mentorship. In the form you will be asked to indicate up to three areas of interest. Please note that we may not be able to match all your areas of interest with a mentor, but will certainly try to match you with a mentor that can address your top choice.

We hope to have matches completed in early December. You will receive notification through email, connecting you with your mentee. We have set aside opportunities during the conference for mentors and mentees to touch base in-person or virtually. However mentors/mentees are encouraged to meet at a time best fitting your mutual schedules.
