The aim of this fascinating and stimulating workshop is to show you the hidden structures underpinning all change and uncertainty, develop a positive ‘can do’ attitude and learn to be resilient, ‘in control’ and able to find the opportunities in situations of uncertainty.

Learning outcomes
By the end of this one day workshop you will be able to:
• Identify the structure of uncertainty
• Articulate the impact change and uncertainty has on you
• Recognise and evaluate the connections between the uncertainty and the
• emotions and thinking states created
• Regulate their emotions successfully in the face of change and uncertainty
• Evaluate and make better judgements and decisions in situations of change
• and uncertainty
• Know how problem solving and strategy changes in times of change and uncertainty.

The workshop is a lively, stimulating and fascinating journey into the world of change and uncertainty. Using a mixture of games, video and other techniques participants are immersed in a thought provoking and revealing experience where they learn to take control of their own inner worlds in order to productively and positively deal with change and uncertainty. You will leave with the tools and understanding needed to navigate any uncertainty and develop better coping mechanisms.
