Parent Feedback

We are currently undertaking a systemic review of our youth programming, work made possible by a grant from the Ontario Trillium Foundation. As part of this work, we're looking to hear from parents and caregivers of youth accessing our programming to help us understand what's going well in our programming and where we could be focusing in future iterations of our program offerings.

We appreciate the conversations we've already been having with caregivers on this work and plan to use your survey responses to help round out the information we're gathering, all with the goal of ensuring our programs remain responsive to current and emerging needs, are engaging and impactful and are FUN at the same time!

We appreciate your feedback. Any information you provide will be used for internal purposes, and we are not asking for you to identify yourselves - responses are anonymous. We reserve the right to use this information in more public-facing materials related to our advocacy for youth program funding or for informational purposes. You are no obligated to fill out this survey, or to answer every question. However, we appreciate any information you're willing to share with us to help improve our work!
