2023 Montclair Village Holiday Stroll Vendor Form

The Montclair Village Association (MVA) looks forward to hosting the 21st Annual Montclair Village Holiday Stroll on Thursday, December 7th, 2023 from 4-8pm. This beloved family-friendly gathering has thrived rain or shine for years and is on track this year to spread more smiles than ever.

Some of returning attractions will include the Tap Dancing Christmas Trees, Oakland Fire Department’s Parade Rig & Toy Drive, Edna Brewer Middle School, Pacific Boy Choir Academy, Jazz Education Ensemble, photos with Santa, arts & crafts and a vibrant Vendor Lane - added in 2022!

In the middle of Vendor Lane (Mountain Blvd between La Salle and Medau) will be a performance area featuring local youth and community groups which will attract event patrons throughout the event. Vendor space is once again likely to sell out, you are encouraged to apply early. The remaining pace is limited so please let us know by Wednesday, November 22nd if you would like to participate.

BOOTH (10’ x 10’) PRICING

$250 (standard)

$125 (reduced for artisans / crafters, non-profits, MVA members and Cares Club supporters)

Note: Additional fees apply if a canopy ($80), canopy wall ($25/each), table ($10) or chair($5) are needed. Festive decor encouraged. Power not included. No discounts will be provided for smaller booth space usage but sharing of booth space will be permitted.

PARKING INFORMATION

Off street parking available 7am-9pm at Montclair Parking Garage (6235 La Salle Ave, Oakland, CA 94611) located at the top of La Salle Avenue in Montclair Village. Maximum height for vehicles is 6'x 8". All-day and short-term parking is available for $2.00 per hour and $10 per day max. Six dedicated electric vehicle charging stations on the first level.
