The INspire organization and the 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝘆! team needs to process your personal data in order to be able to explain the spending of the funds on the venue and food received from the Erasmus+ Program and reimburse your travel expenses. INspire will keep your personal data in its database until the end of the 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝘆! program (until the end of 2021) and 6 months more for security reasons. After this time period, your personal data will be erased from our system.

The INspire organization and the 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝘆! team will use experience-based indoor and outdoor educational methods during the 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝘆! program. Some activities could be physically challenging and could contain assessed risk elements, which in some situations are not foreseeable. The facilitator team will not ask you to do anything that could consciously lead to accidents or conflicts with the team or with your fellow participants. It is your responsibility to follow the instructions and the safety regulations provided by the 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝘆! team.

You are responsible for your own actions during the whole of the 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝘆! program.

Your travel costs will be reimbursed to the amount assigned officially by Erasmus+ ONLY IF YOU PARTICIPATE DURING THE WHOLE 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝘆! TRAINING COURSE! If something important and unforeseeable will appear once you have been selected as a participant that will affect your participation during the program, you are expected to contact us on czechinspire@gmail.com, to discuss your situation individually.

By applying to participate in the 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝘆! program, you give your conscious consent to the INspire organization and the 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝘆! team to process your data in the frame of the 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝘆! program and based on the aforementioned limitations.
