Please submit the following survey if you wish to have your child enrolled in the full virtual option for the second semester of the 2020-2021 school year. You will be required to complete a Consent form to enroll your student in the Virtual Option. There will be a link provided upon submitting the survey and an email with the form will be provided to the email address entered in the survey. This Consent form must be printed, completed, and return to the appropriate building for each student no later than January 8, 2021.
