Vendor’s Staff Policy: 
ALL VENDORS are required to complete the event registration process. Each vendor registration includes one (1) complimentary vendor entry for the individual managing the vendor table. If additional staff, family members, or assistants will be attending and helping at your vendor table during the event, each additional person must purchase an All Days – No Lodging or Lodging registration ticket (ONLY IF APPLIES, A CODE WILL BE PROVIDED BY CWC FOR REGISTRATION). Plan accordingly, as this policy helps us ensure adequate seating, meals, event materials, and venue accommodations for all attendees.

I agree to be photographed, videotaped, and/or recorded while volunteering with Cayenne Wellness Center. I understand that Cayenne Wellness Center will own rights to and may use this media (photographs, videos, audio recordings, and/or my statements), in whole or part, in Cayenne Wellness Center materials such as printed publications, the Cayenne Wellness Center website (www.cayennewellness.org), videos, social media, grant proposals, and promotional materials to support Cayenne Wellness Center and its programs. As far as I know, what I say and do in this media will not violate the rights of any other person or company.
